Assessment: formative Assessment – plan for the student-led seminar/training session; summative assessment – student-led seminar delivered as a training session to an audience and evaluated

1. Knowledge outcome – You will be able to develop your understandings of people resourcing and talent planning and how these contribute to organisational success 
2. Intellectual /transferable skills outcome – You will be able to consider a complex resourcing and/or talent planning scenario and apply quantitative or qualitative techniques to contribute to its solution. 

How the module develops Business Readiness 
I will understand the key people management processes in the context of organisations. I will be able to solve HR problems in line with good HR and ethical practice and in lawful ways. I will be able to design and deliver a short training session to my peers and I am developing my communication skills. I am developing my professional skills and self-confidence. I am beginning to meet the needs of the professional body.
