Overview
This course is an integral part of the honours programme in Accounting and Finance and deals with the place of Information Systems (IS), and the associated Information and Communications Technologies ICT), in the theory and practice of management accounting and financial reporting and the underlying operational business systems. The course draws on prior studies of financial and management accounting as well as general management topics, and provides insight to both professional practice and the disciplines of audit and assurance.
