Overview
The main objective of this module is to provide students with the knowledge of the fundamental principles of
energy law. The module explores the low carbon energy sources, such as nuclear energy and renewables and
examines the legislation from a local, national and international perspective. The dynamic nature of the course
content will influence positively students? ideas of the nature of law in the area, in a topic which is of global
value and concern.
