Overview

Course Description:
On the basis of knowledge of microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and chemical engineering, the fundamentals of enzymes, microbial cell growth and metabolism, molecular genetic regulations, bioreactor, and product recovery, which are important subjects in food, industrial biochemicals, bioenergy, biomaterials and relevant bioindustries will be discussed and practiced in this course.
