Overview

This course covers how to analyze electrical networks containing basic circuit elements such as R, L, C, and voltage and current sources. Various techniques will be introduced to analyze circuits in DC, AC and transient environment.

Course Objective

- Explain the concepts and parameters associated with: voltage, current, power, energy, resistance, capacitance and inductance.
- Apply Kirchhoff's laws, several circuit analyzing techniques.
- Analyze DC/AC circuits and determine the transient/steady-state responses.
