Overview

Introduction
The characteristic properties of the metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites will be introduced by dealing with the structural properties of the materials.

Course Objectives
The purpose of this course is to cultivate the basic knowledge of materials by understanding the structural properties of materials. The students are expected to understand the mechanical and electrical properties of metals, ceramics, and polymers in terms of atomic or electronic behaviors of the materials.
