Course Description and Objectives

This course is intended for students who have limited knowledge of the Korean language. It aims to give students an understanding of the Korean language and to help acquire a intermediate level of communicative competency in modern Korean. Students will learn the basics of Korean ?vocabulary and sentence structures. Through the practice of listening, speaking, reading and writing, students will learn how to carry out a conversation on topics of daily life, to comprehend simple Korean texts and to write about their own everyday life at a intermediate level.
