Eligibility

MINIMUM GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.80.

MINIMUM ADMISSIONS PREREQUISITES

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

  • Students are required to submit a letter of intent along with their standard ISA application.

Veritas Course

All Veritas summer students will take a 1-credit Veritas Global Ministry Practicum course in addition to their traditional courses at the host institution. The practicum course will be online/on-site.

Global Ministry Practicum (HUM 490)

This course provides upper division service-learning credit for international missions projects, an extended missions experience designed to acquaint students with the implementation of missions principles in an international context through Veritas Christian Study Abroad programs.

Recommended U.S. Quarter Units: 6 - 7.5

Course Credit & Structure
  • Students only enroll in one module per session.

  • Per University of Roehampton, 10 UK credits are considered equivalent to 3 U.S. semester credits/4.5 quarter units.

  • Per University of Roehampton 20 UK credits are considered equivalent to 4-5 semester credits/6-7.5 quarter units.

  • Credit transfer is ultimately determined by the student’s home university.

  • Classes are taught in the morning from 9am to 1pm, four days per week (Monday-Thursday).

  • ISA offers course level recommendations for the courses listed in the Roehampton Module Catalog. Please note that all summer courses with Roehampton are entry level, and suitable for all academic classifications.

  • If a student does not have the necessary pre-requisite experience, Roehampton will not approve them for the course. Students will then provide additional module choices.
