ADVANCED 1

OBJECTIVES PART 1:

-Communication:
Associating facts and ideas, putting them together, using transition words in the past or future tense

-Linquistic:
Relation to time:
Simutaneity/Precedence/Posteriority
(indicative mode/ subjunctive/ infinitive)
Past participle agreement (common reflexive shades)
The organization of the sentence:
Value of independent and subordinate clauses
Punctuation
Identification of a main sentence

-Vocabulary:
Around time:
Frequency (every now and then)
Starting from reflexive verbs (idiomatic expressions)
Pictorial expressions (in a twinkle of an eye, all the time ?)
Vocabulary of change, evolution, (progress, decline, stability)

OBJECTIVES PART 2:

-Communication:
Describing facts and ideas, defining them, specifying them and introducing them with examples

-Linguistics:
Subordinate clauses (construction, demonstrative + relative, role of punctuation)
Articles
(deepening of articles, indefinites and demonstratives)
Expression of quantity (quantitative, percentages, proportion, all)

-Vocabulary:
Around description
Getting to know the systems:
Derivation, synonyms, antonyms, family of words
Nominalization

OBJECTIVES PART 3:

-Communication:
Assessing facts and ideas, criticizing them in a positive or negative way, marking the doubt and hesitation

-Linguistics:
The subjunctive, indicative, infinitive in completive and relative sentences
Indirect speeches: reported and free speech: transformation, initiator verbs (dividing up + construction + meaning)
Particular use of qualifying adverbs and adjectives.

-Vocabulary:
Around the reference
Expressions of feelings, estimation (pictorial expressions)
Style of language (analysis of the situation and intentions)
Initiator verbs (construction and shades: affirmation, hesitation, disproof?)
